Return & Refund Policy

At Daneesh, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your perfume purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. 14-Day Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving their perfume if they are not satisfied with the fragrance.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The perfume must not have been used more than 20% of its original quantity.

  • The perfume bottle must be in good condition and must not be broken, cracked, leaking, or damaged.

  • The bottle must not have significant scratches, marks, dents, or other physical damage.

  • The original perfume box and packaging must be returned in good condition.

  • The packaging should not be excessively torn, crushed, stained, or damaged.

  • All original accessories, labels, seals, inserts, and other items included with the product should be returned.

  • The product must be returned in a condition that allows us to verify that it is the same product purchased from Daneesh.

  • The product must not have been altered, refilled, tampered with, or modified in any way.

2. Return Request

To request a return, please contact Daneesh Customer Support within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photographs of the perfume bottle and packaging

  • Any other information requested by our customer support team

For certain return requests, we may ask for additional photos or information before approving the return.

3. Return Inspection

Once we receive the returned perfume, our team will inspect the product to confirm that it meets our return conditions.

If the perfume meets the eligibility requirements, the return will be approved and the refund will be processed.

If the product does not meet the return conditions—for example, if it has been used more than 20%, is damaged, or is missing its original packaging—we reserve the right to reject the return.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return has been approved, Daneesh will issue a full refund for the returned perfume.

Refunds will be sent through bank transfer to the customer's bank account. The customer can provide an account from any supported bank in Pakistan.

The refund will generally be processed within 3–5 working days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

The time required for the amount to appear in the customer's bank account may vary depending on the customer's bank.

5. Return Shipping

The customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the product to Daneesh when the return is due to personal preference or the customer simply does not like the fragrance.

If the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible. Daneesh will review the issue and may arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Products That Cannot Be Returned

A return may not be accepted if:

  • More than 20% of the perfume has been used.

  • The perfume bottle is broken, cracked, leaking, or significantly damaged.

  • The bottle has excessive scratches, dents, marks, or other damage.

  • The original box or packaging is missing or severely damaged.

  • The product has been refilled, tampered with, altered, or modified.

  • The product is missing important original components or accessories.

  • The product has been damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • The 14-day return period has expired.

7. Important Note About Fragrance Preference

We understand that fragrance is a personal choice. If you receive your perfume and decide that you do not like the fragrance, you may still request a return within 14 days, provided that the product meets all of our return conditions and has not been used more than 20%.

8. Original Packaging

For hygiene, quality-control, and product-verification purposes, the perfume should be returned with its original bottle, box, packaging, labels, and included items.

Customers are encouraged to keep the original packaging until they are completely satisfied with their purchase.
