Delivery times may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, extreme weather, courier delays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after they have been successfully confirmed.

Our team carefully checks and packs every perfume before handing the order over to the courier to help ensure that your product reaches you safely.

Order processing time is separate from the delivery time and may vary depending on order confirmation and courier collection schedules.

3. Nationwide Delivery

Daneesh offers perfume delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and many other serviceable areas.

Delivery availability may depend on the courier service and the customer's location.

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations.

If you select COD, please make sure that the provided phone number is active and that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Our team or courier partner may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

5. Shipping Charges

Any applicable delivery or shipping charges will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, or promotional offers.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make delivery attempts at the provided address.

If the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or phone number, or does not respond to the courier, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned to Daneesh.

Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be re-dispatched due to incorrect customer information or an unsuccessful delivery caused by the customer.

8. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

• Complete delivery address

• Active phone number

• City and area

Please carefully check your information before placing your order.

Daneesh cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Damaged Package

We take care to pack our perfumes securely before dispatch.

If your package appears seriously damaged, leaking, or opened when delivered, please contact Daneesh Customer Support as soon as possible and provide clear photographs or videos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Delayed Deliveries

While our standard delivery time is 4–5 working days, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

• Public holidays

• Severe weather

• Courier service disruptions

• High delivery volumes

• Remote locations

• Unforeseen logistical issues

11. Product Safety During Shipping

Every perfume is checked and securely packed before dispatch.

Customers should inspect the package and perfume upon delivery. If you notice any damage, leakage, or other issue, please contact us promptly with supporting photographs or videos.

12. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact Daneesh as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be possible once the order has already been dispatched to the courier.
